I read this in a matter of 2 hours. It was that good.I feel like this is one of those books that everyone should read.The way that Laurie was able to get into a 17 year old boy's head was amazing.I loved the relationship that he had with his sister, and the turmoil life at home was nailed on the head. There was so much in this book that I truly respected; the raw honesty behind the words. I really liked this book. The ending was just what it should be.
Lost Between Pages
I love to read. I tend to read more fiction versus nonfiction. I have a goal to read as many books as I can before the year is up. I like to challenge myself and I also like to discover books that I never would've picked up in the first place. I prefer real books, but lately I have become obsessed with how easy it is to download an ebook on my kindle.

I liked this. It was cute and had some mystery to it. Will be picking up the next one to see what happens!But I seriously think Spencer's parents' are ridiculous. Along with Emily's.
So I restarted this book on January 2nd, and just finished it this morning.This was a really good book; lots of action, deception, development of characters.There are just times where I wish old Georgey would wrap it up! And why does he keep killing all the characters we love the mostest?Onto the next one! I heard it's confusing and a little more dry.

This was amazing.
This was just ok. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Meg Cabot's style of writing though. I remember reading the Princess Diaries and was bored. This book not so much.Yes it was another typical vampire book with action a love story a love triangle and a girl who had a special ability. Nothing too original there. But the writing was pretty decent.Not too eager to pick up the next in the series, but this did keep me entertained.

3.5 Stars. I really like this take on Beauty and the Beast. The fact that it was told from a boy's perspective was interesting. I also liked that the author did her research on the origins of the story - reading the epilogue was very cool!Intrigued to pick up her other books. I enjoyed her writing style.
This was so stupid. Halfway through the book is when the author decides to tell us that the main character is a vampire. I was starting to feel bad for her because she was the only one NOT a vampire. Too many flaws with the story line. dumb.

I love James Rollins. I love this series. Even though there was little plot twists with the overall characters, the entire book kept me entertained.I love Tucker and Kane too. Being in Kane's head was awesome. I love German Shepherds.
This was just ok for me. It took awhile for me to get into because I kept rolling my eyes at Sydney and her insecurity about her weight and her obliviousness to Adrian's feelings. I was getting annoyed at her unwillingness to learn magic, especially when she was really good at it. Bottom line: not that interested to see where else this goes. I prefer vampire academy over this any day. And what the heck was Dimitri doing so much in this book?? I thought he was supposed to be happily ever after with Rose! Grrr not happy with that.
