This was just ok for me.I was not as enticed as others were. I think it was because of my field of allied health. I am in the Radiology Department and so I think my knowledge kind of hindered me more than anything, unfortunately.I was expecting more of the conditions and the after effects of the actual diagnosis of the patients. Yes, he went into some little detail about the burns, broken bones not healing right because of pus, but it was not what I was expecting. I tried my darnest to be openminded but this was just kind of blah for me.I liked the historical background of the people and what they were doing that day, and what have you. But this was not a good book for me overall.
