This was a cute YA book. I bought the next one in the series, and I plan on reading it. I don't know about the back-to-back reading, but I know I will pick it up soon!Very similar to the whole vampire kick going on now, but it does have its differences, for instance, no one is a vampire! LOL. But this was cute and I liked the characters.Also, I have to say that I absolutely LOVED the cover of this book and it was definitely the reason that I picked it up. They had weird, unusual names in this book, but it was fun and creative.Quotes I liked:"I roll onto my side, using the edge of my pillowcase to wipe at my tears, then I turn to her and say, 'Sometimes - sometimes it just hits me, you know? And, it's not getting any easier,' I choke, my eyes flooding all over again.She gazes at me, her face softened by sorrow as she says, 'I'm not sure that it will. I think you just get used to the feeling, the hollowness, the loss, and somehow learn to live around it.'
